Cost of Service

One of the most common questions we get is: How much will this cost? And that’s a completely fair question. While every business is unique, the estimates below provide a general idea based on the size of your business and the number of monthly transactions.

After an initial review of your books, we’ll provide a personalized quote tailored to your specific needs. All pricing is based on a monthly bookkeeping service contract.

General Bookkeeping Packages

1-2 bank/credit accounts, up to 75 transactions - Starting at $250/month

3 bank/credit accounts, up to 150 transactions - Starting at $300/month

4 + bank/credit accounts, 250+ transactions - Starting at $500/month

How the process works…

1. Consultation

This initial conversation is where we discuss your business, the services you're looking for, and any current “pain points” that may be hindering your financial goals. This step typically takes 15–20 minutes, but may be longer depending on your needs.

2. Review of Your Books

Next, we’ll review your current books to assess the scope of your financial activity and determine the services and pricing that best fit your business.

We understand it can feel uncomfortable giving someone access to your finances, but this step is essential to providing you with accurate, high-quality service. Once access is granted, this review usually takes 1–2 business days.

3. Proposal

After reviewing your books, we’ll send you a written proposal outlining all recommended services. This will include:

  • Monthly service details

  • Any clean-up or catch-up work

  • Payroll support, if applicable

  • A breakdown of recurring and one-time fees

Once the proposal is approved, we’ll send over an engagement letter for signature along with a payment authorization form to officially get started.

4. Onboarding

The final step! You’ll receive a checklist of all required documents and access details to kick off your bookkeeping service. Prompt submission of these items ensures we stay on schedule with your start date.

Note: Most service contracts begin on the 1st of the upcoming month. However, if you're eager to start immediately, we can pro-rate the first month based on the remaining days
